Every order is sent with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door. It is the safest and most secure way to send our jewellery.
If you live in the United Kingdom or Ireland, your order usually takes 5 to 8 working days to be delivered. For other destinations, delivery normally takes 5 to 10 working days.
On rare occasions, events such as bad weather can lead to a slightly longer delivery time, but this is uncommon.

Our jewellery is lovingly handcrafted in France and shipped to you from there. Since Brexit, parcels sent from the EU to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK import VAT, which is collected by the carrier when your parcel is delivered. Any such charge is set by HMRC, not by Le Petit Bola, and is not included in the prices shown on our website.

Our baptism medals are handcrafted and made from 18-carat gold-plated metal, with some designs also available in silver or rose gold. They are guaranteed without lead and without nickel, so they are gentle on a baby’s delicate skin.
A typical medal measures around 15 mm and comes on a 38 cm chain. Our christening bracelets are adjustable – about 16 cm with a 14 cm intermediate ring – so they grow with your child. Prices start from £49.
Yes. Many of our medals can be personalised with a name, an initial or a date to create a unique keepsake for the christening day. Designs include the cross, the dove, the tree of life, the flower crown and many more.
When personalisation is available, you will find the option directly on the product page – simply enter your text before adding the item to your basket. Each personalised medal is then made to order, especially for you.
On every personalised piece, you will find a field on the product page where you can enter the name, initials or message you would like. Once your order is placed, the piece is crafted and engraved to order, just for you.
Because each personalised item is made specifically for you, please allow a little extra time before dispatch. Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged (see our return terms below), so do double-check your spelling before confirming your order.
Our personalised jewellery is available in a range of finishes depending on the piece: gold-plated, 18-carat gold-plated, rose gold-plated and solid silver.
Most personalised necklaces feature a disc of around 20 mm on a 45 to 55 cm chain. The exact metal, size and chain length are listed on each product page. Prices range from £29 to around £98.
In accordance with distance selling regulations, you may change your mind about a non-personalised product within 14 days. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, together with everything that was sent with it. Without this, no return or refund can be accepted.
Personalised and made-to-order products are not covered by this right of withdrawal, as they are tailor-made especially for you.
