For the moment, we have only the Colissimo solution (package sent with a tracking number). It is the best and secured way to send our jewels.
If you live within the European Union (or the european area), it will take 4 to 6 working days for your harmony ball (or any order) to be delivered. If you don’t live in the EU, we usually deliver within 6 to 12 working days.
Certain occasions such weather issue can explain a longer delivery time, but it is pretty much rare.

If you want to send your order out of the EU, please contact us, additional shipping costs will be added.
For the moment, we can deliver our harmony balls in those following countries: England, Scotland, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, Finland.
However, if you do live in another country, not listed above, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can arrange a solution.

Regarding the distance selling regulation, the buyer can change his mind regarding our non-customised products during 14 days. Return fees are to be paid by the buyer.
The buyer will have to return the harmony ball in its original pack, with all other products sent with it. No return, no refund will be acceptable without this.
Customised products are not concerned by this regulation, as they are tailor-made for the buyer in his owns terms.
From the 31st of January, Great Britain is going to be out of the European Union. As we are a French studio sending in UK, we can not be sure of the customs fees you will need to pay to receive your pregnancy necklace. Please contact directly the customs.
